Why is my data different to GA?

There can be two reasons:

First your customer used an adblocker and that’s why her/his order wasn’t delivered to GA. Conversific extracts these data direct from your Shopify admin therefore will cause a difference in GA and Conversific's reporting revenue, order numbers, etc.


Second, an order was deleted in your Shopify admin page, but it wasn’t deleted in GA just in Conversific.
