When we analyze our customers, it is also essential to identify those who already purchased something from our shop but has not repeat a purchase in a while. They are our so-called inactive customers, and our goal should obviously be to reactivate them.
We mentioned previously that making a person buy again is a lot easier than making him purchase the first time. Things can even be a tad easier if he was satisfied with his last purchase.
…..the next time they want to buy something will just be from a random shop. It might not be in our shop.
This is the reason why it is important for us to send some offer or content for our inactive customers from time to time, and try to “stay in their head,” so when they want to order a product again, our shop would be the first to come to their mind.
