How to Connect your WooCommerce store?

Conversific can connect to WooCommerce with only a few clicks.

After filling the mandatory fields in main settings, click "CONNECT" on WooCommerce data source.


You will need your API credits:


Before you start to copy API credits, please check this two in Wordpress and WooCommerce:

1.) Wordpress admin ---› Settings --› Permalinks ---›Post name ---› Save changes



2.) WooCommerce admin ---› Settings ---› API ---› Settings ---› Enable the REST API ---› Save Changes



Conversific WooCommerce plugin will help you with the integration. 


You can download the app here:   or between the plugins search for Conversific, and you can download it from your Wordpress account



 Click on the Generate new API key button, and you will see this:


Click on each copy button, and Paste them to your Conversific WooCommerce integration. 


After that you will see your WooCommerce data source has already connected:

It means your products and orders data from WooCommerce are ready to analyze. You can go to Google Analytics settings or check your WooCommerce data by clicking on Homepage:



You can see your orders and revenue but no data about the visits and conversion rate. The next step is to connect Google Analytics to get more exact insights. Go to your profile-->Projects-->Click on the project name and you are here again:

PLEASE NOTE: If there is no data from WooCommerce.

  1. Please check a wider date range - may you have no orders from last week so check the yearly period, and give it a try.
  2. Go to Product Optimization - if you have products here, the WooCommerce integration is working but you have not enough data to analyze.
  3. Check if the API  allowed 



API requirements


  • WooCommerce 2.6+.
  • WordPress 4.4+.
  • Pretty permalinks in Settings > Permalinks so that the custom endpoints are supported. Default permalinks will not work.
  • You may access the API over either HTTP or HTTPS, but HTTPS is recommended where possible.
